Our Volunteer Appreciation Halloween Party is coming up next Friday, October 31st, and over 100 people have said they will attend. While the party is from 4-7PM, you are welcome to just drop by if you have plans for the evening. Please let me know if you can join us!
And if you’d like to help decorate for the party, please join our Pumpkin Carving Party on Wednesday, October 29th from 1:30-2:30. We’ll have everything you need to make a scary, funny, or crazy centerpiece for the tables at the Halloween Party.
Flyers went out to clients today to inform them that we will be closed on October 31st. They will receive a frozen meal on Monday, October 27th. We will also deliver weekend frozen meals to Prescott clients on Monday.
Veterans Day Parade, 11/11
We are excited to announce that we will participate in the annual Prescott Veterans Day Parade on Tuesday, November 11th! We’ll be driving the Meals on Wheels van, and we invite all volunteers to march along with us around the Courthouse Square in downtown Prescott. This is a great opportunity to show your support for the veterans in our community. Please let me know if you’d like to join us! I’ll have more information on the specific meeting location next week.
