It’s hard to believe August is almost here — and we’ve got two upcoming events you won’t want to miss:
Pups on the Patio
Prescott Meals on Wheels is teaming up with The Center for “Pups on the Patio” on Friday, August 1st at 1:00 PM, just outside the dining room. You’re warmly invited to bring your dog(s) and meet other dog owners on the patio— we’ll have tasty treats for both pets and their people! Plus, The Center will be hosting their “Paw-Some Pet Fair” that day from 10AM to 3PM, featuring local vendors offering handmade pet related crafts.
No RSVP needed — just stop by and enjoy.
(Sadly for me, it’s dogs only… no cats allowed!)
Volunteer Town Hall
Our next Volunteer Town Hall Meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 20th from 2:00–3:00 PM. If you haven’t attended one before, this is a great chance to hear about what’s happening at Meals on Wheels — and to share your thoughts and feedback. We’d love to have you there.
